Jo-Anne is an experienced movement facilitator whose warm, encouraging approach helps people to feel good about themselves and enjoy and enhance their bodies’ capabilities.
This is a drop-in class open to all levels of ability.
A range of seated and standing exercises set to music, plus dynamic balance exercises, use of resistance bands to build strength and props to increase range of movement. Seated exercises also offered as an alternative to more challenging balance exercises.
Cost £3 per class (free tea/coffee and biscuits afterwards).
Join us at our drop in for people with different abilities, their friends and families. Meet for a cuppa and some social interaction. Also links to local services.
Our hub offers everyone the opportunity to come to a safe space where they can enjoy a cuppa and a chat, join any activities they want to, or get information and advice in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
